Reporting a problem

These details make a problem much quicker to find and fix:

• what you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected;
• your browser and its version, and your device (computer or phone, and its operating system);
• the type and length of the file, for example "MP4, 25 minutes";
• the exact error message, or a screenshot of it.

Please do not send private recordings. TranscribeVid transcribes your files on your own device and we never receive them, so we do not need them to help you.

Privacy requests

The Privacy policy explains what is processed and why. To ask a question about your data or to exercise your rights, write to the same address.
